Is there a free trial for paid plans?: Yes. Both the Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I change plans at any time?: Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What counts as an active project?: An active project is any project that has received session data, had a blueprint generated, or had a fix prompt created in the current billing period.
Does Frantiko work with any AI builder?: Yes. AI Architect generates prompts formatted for Bolt, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Replit, and any other AI-powered builder. The prompts are plain text — they work with any tool.
How does the Novus.ai integration work?: You install a single script tag in your product. Frantiko automatically configures behavioral tracking through Novus.ai and starts collecting session data. There is nothing else to set up.
Is my session data private and secure?: Yes. All session data is anonymized by default. Frantiko does not store personally identifiable information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
