Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Frantiko platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Frantiko, Inc. ("Frantiko", "we", "us"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Frantiko is an AI-powered product operating system that provides tools for product planning (AI Architect), behavioral analytics (Session Insights), debugging assistance (AI Fix Center), and automated reporting (Product Reports).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

You must create an account to access most features of Frantiko. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately at security@frantiko.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Frantiko.

You agree not to use Frantiko to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. Upload, transmit, or generate content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users. Use the Service to build, train, or improve AI models without our prior written consent. Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization. Use automated tools to extract data from the Service at scale (scraping) without written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Frantiko uses artificial intelligence to generate blueprints, fix prompts, and insights. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before using it in your product.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated fix prompts will resolve every issue or that blueprints will be free of architectural errors. Exercise your own judgment when applying AI-generated recommendations.

Frantiko content: The Frantiko platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Frantiko, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create using Frantiko — including blueprints, projects, and reports. You grant Frantiko a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Feedback: If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without obligation or compensation.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

You authorize Frantiko (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until payment is received.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Following account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRANTIKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FRANTIKO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
